Working with our customers to manage the change needed to create an efficient and effective finance function

The typical options available following a health check engagment, are:

  • CashflowWorks Fast Start - this engagement is specifically aligned to the CashflowWorks solution and is designed to get the customer up and running as quickly as possible.  Click here for more information on the Fast Start program.
  • Finance & Procurement Optimisation - the structure of this phase will vary dependent on the requirements of the customer and may or may not include a technical solution component. 

The optimisation engagement will typically build on - and deploy - the recommendations identified during the health check phase. 

Recommendations may include solutions covering many areas, including:

  • Organisation, People & Culture
  • Business Partners
  • Process
  • Technology

We work in partnership with our customers to manage the change. 

The technical solutions we recommend are typically 'out of the box' that require configuration rather than customisation.  This ensures our customers can be heavily involved in the roll out and minimises the need for third party resources.
